The 45-story structure known as 29 Burj Boulevard Towers is located in the heart of Dubai. There are two buildings in the project. Its building was finished in 2013. The complex stands out for its distinctive architecture; the building’s art deco design makes it resemble New York’s Rockefeller Center.

According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (incase you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
