According to condo rules we must provide information about our guests to condo management prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (incase you require a parking spot). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building.
– Parking is NOT included in the price but may be available at $15/night, please inform if you need parking ahead of time.
– Pets allowed in the apartment. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
